Cenarion Officials admit they underestimated the Qiraj defensivie capabilities. High Druid and Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces Fandral Staghelm of the Cennarion Cricle accepting responsibility for the failure at the Battle of Cenarion Hold resigns as leader of the combined Horde and Alliance effort. Taking his place as leader of the Ahn'Qiraj assault force is High Inquisitor Cydel. Unwilling to follow the contraversial Alliance leader, the Horde has pulled their forces from the join task force. Nevertheless, battle continues in the torn land of Silithus.

Declared the High Inquisitor during the transfer of power at Cennarion Hold. Alliance scientists debated the possibility of a more sinister force behind the Qiraj - the existance of a brain bug!

The Cadian forces have already moved quickly through the heart of the Qiraj Temple stronghold. Utilizing gnomish mind-control technology they have easily bent the will of arachnid tanks to serve the noble Crusade.

The first few giant bugs had a few tricks, but nothing we hadn't seen before. The Prophet Skeram, Lord Kri, Princess Yauj, and Vem, were swatted quick and swiftly. It wasn't until Battleguard Sartura that the Crusade met the first signs of real resistance.  With revisions to the assault she too succumbed before the Inquisition.  After her, Fankriss the Unyielding  and his Zerg protectors did too..

A detachment of Cadian forces were also sent to the Ruins of Anh Qiraj to aid further Alliance efforts there. General Rajaxx and his army were defeated. Cadian forces pressed on, destroying many sub-lords of the Ruins until finally slaying the Lord himself, Ossirian the Unscarred.  The Ruins of Anh Qiraj have been purified.
